The paddock across the road has been leased by a young farmer (Luke) from Hamley Bridge. He has had 500 sheep in the paddock but they had to be moved to better feed to recover some health. So yesterday Luke, with his wife and dog, moved 100 of them in two trips using a ute and trailer. Then, early this morning, his big truck arrived to take away the rest of the sheep. Hopefully they are happier now, chomping on better grass. These are a few photos showing yesterday’s activities.
Very Australian activity in the Skilly Hills, beautiful day for sheep, dog and humans alike.

You were so lucky to catch the activity! I hope all those sheep will get better soon. By the way, they are very nice photos!
